Shipping and Handling
Digital products (not customizable) will be emailed personally to the email address provided with your order. Please, check your spam folder and if you didn't received your order in 24 hours, Contact Us and I will send the files again. It can happen that if you place an order on a Saturday your order can take longer than 24 hours to be emailed. If that is the case, the order will be emailed on Sunday or next business day.
For physical products, shipping is calculated based on weight and using USPS first class mail when possible. Priority mail will be used in US orders over 13 on. International orders are mailed by First class mail. Handling is included in the shipping costs.
For US orders:

International customers are responsible from any VAT taxes or Customs taxes due in their countries. Your packages can be stopped in customs and Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez is not responsible for the packages being stopped. Any extra fees that you have to pay to get your package are fees you are paying to your country and not to Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez. Please, read your Customs and VAT regulations in you country before purchasing any products.
There are not return or refunds on any digital product already sent to your email address.
In the case that it is a physical product, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not because of our fault, buyer is responsible for any shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
