By purchasing and downloading these digital files, you agree to the following terms. These rules apply to both small business owners and hobbyists.

✨ Personal Use

You may use these images for any personal project (gifts, home decor, scrapbooking) with no limit on quantity.
Important: You may not "gift" or share the original digital files with others. You may only gift the physical items you create with them.

✨ Small Business Commercial License

Your purchase includes a Limited Commercial License for up to 1,000 units per image/set.

Credit Required: For all online sales (Etsy, Shopify, etc.), you must provide a clickable link back to my shop in the product description.

Example: "Artwork by Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez"

Mass Production: If you intend to sell more than 1,000 units of a single design, you must contact me to purchase a Mass Production License.

✨ Design Requirements (Important!)

No "As-Is" Use: You cannot simply place my image on a white background and sell it. You must incorporate the clipart into a new, original design that includes other elements (text, textures, or other graphics).
Significant Change: Combining two pieces of my clipart together is not considered a new design. Your final product must look significantly different from the original standalone files.
Flattening: All digital products sold to your customers must be flattened (PDF, JPG, or flattened PNG). The original clipart must not be extractable by your customers.

✨ Prohibited Uses (The "Don’ts")

No Reselling: You may not resell, sub-license, share, or redistribute the original digital files in any format.
No "Print on Demand" (POD): Use on sites like Redbubble, Zazzle, or Society6 is prohibited unless the design is significantly altered as per the rules above.
No Digital Resources: You cannot use these images to create "clipart for sale," digital paper, or any other digital design resource.

Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez retains the full copyright to all images. Purchase of this license does not transfer ownership or trademarks to the buyer.
You may not claim these designs as your own "original" work.
Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate revocation of your license and potential legal action.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds on items once they are delivered electronically. If you have a problem with the file, contact me and I will try to help you solve it.

I don't offer returns or refunds of digital products due to the nature of the product. If you encounter any problem with your files send me a message and 'll get back to you as soon as I can to assist you.
