Digital and Clear stamps terms of use

All digital and clear stamps are original artwork created by Patricia Alvarez and all rights are reserved. After you purchase or get for free any designs, the copyright continues to belong to Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez. All digital papers were created by Patricia Alvarez using own designs or license designs, and this terms of use will apply to them too.

Kinda Cute products are for personal use. They are NOT for commercial reproduction.
Patricia Alvarez owns the copyright of all the clear stamps, digital stamps, papers and illustrations that are on the website. They cannot be mass produced, in any form of use in commercial graphic designs or personal graphics. A purchaser cannot share files.
This digital product (the image by itself, not a physical project made with the image) may not be given away or sold in any form, digital or printed sheets. This includes gifts to family and friends, swaps, etc. There are gift certificates available to purchase in my store. The image has to be printed, colored by hand and incorporated in a project to follow the angel policy stated below.
I would appreciate if you could credit with a clickable link wherever a design with my images is posted online.
It is forbidden to turn this design into rubber stamps or design for embroidery.
You can not use my products as a part of logos, banners, avatars, digital products or use it for print on demand in websites as Zazzle or Cafepress.

ANGEL POLICY

You may use my products to make HANDMADE projects for yourself or to give away to your family and friends, but the images must be colored by hand.

You may use my digital papers, digital and clear stamps to sell HANDMADE projects that can be in form of cards, scrapbook project etc, in person or online, under the following conditions:

You must give credit to Patricia Alvarez whenever is possible stating “Artwork by Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez” on each item made for sale. This is a must for online selling.
Each image used in an item for sale must be individually printed or stamped and hand colored, regarding to stamps.
Finished items are to be made individually and not in mass production.

LIMITATIONS

You must not claim the images as yours. All copyrights remain to Patricia Alvarez and Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez. The purchase doesn’t transfer the copyright owner of the images.
You must not sell any Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez digital products (not sets, templates, CD collections, etc).
No mechanical, electronic, or photocopying alteration, including mass production are allowed. You are only allowed to resized the image.
Making projects where the images have been colored digitally and printed afterwards, is NOT allowed (for personal or commercial purposes). Coloring the image by hand, scan it and print it with or without intention to sell is not allowed either. This includes any image pre-colored by me and purchased.
You must not pin or post this image on internet without my watermark. If you color the image to post it online, I suggest using your own watermark on top of the image, to prevent someone steeling my image and your coloring.
Selling single colored items it is not allowed.
You can not use this product as a part of logos, banners, avatars, digital products or use it for print on demand in websites as Zazzle or Cafepress.

REFUNDS

There are no refunds on items once they are delivered electronically. If you have a problem with the file, contact me and I will try to help you solve it. For physical items, review the terms in Shipping and Returns.

Pre-colored image sheets terms of use

All digital products are original artwork created by Patricia Alvarez and all rights are reserved. After you purchase or get for free any designs, the copyright continues to belong to Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez.

This product was created for individual people who want to make unique handmade paper projects (cards, scrapbook, planner pages, etc). It was made and sold for personal use for individuals.

This product is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

Make cards for family and friends, charities, etc. You can make any kind of handmade project for personal use.

Commercial use of digital, printed or assembled items containing Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez pre-colored digital stamps is NOT allowed.

If you want to sell handmade projects using my images, you can purchase the same image as a line art digital stamp for you to color and make your projects. Digital stamps have their own angel policy. Go to my website to read it if you are interested.

If nothing is said, that product doesn't abide for any angel policy and any kind of commercial use is prohibited. As a general rule, all the pre-colored pages that are not electronically colored DO NOT have angel policy.

PERSONAL USE/NON-PROFIT: You may use my digital products in any kind of personal project as long as no money is made from that product.

COMMERCIAL USE: if you want to use these products to create products for sale, you can use it as stated below:

- Small business usage: you must give credit to Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez with a clickable link back to my store (https://kindacutebypatricia.com). This is NOT a mass production license. You are allowed to sell a maximum of 1000 items of each graphic.

- Mass production: If you plan on selling more than 1000 products with one graphic, please contact me for a Mass production license.

What you are allowed to do:

- Use any of the graphics to make any kind of personal project, physical or digital.
- Sell any physical and digital items using my graphics, with some limitations stated above. Sales should be less than 1000 copies of each graphic. Contact me if you want to sell more than this limit.

What you are NOT allowed to do:

- You CANNOT allow your customers to sell or distribute any items purchased from you using my designs. Any items you sell must be for personal use only, and the rights of images are not transferred to your clients or customers. The rights will belong always to Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez.
- You CANNOT claim the graphics as your own, with or without alterations.
- You CANNOT sell any of my graphics as is, even if they are printed. Not as a papers, die cuts, stickers, etc. It has to have enough of your own design to make it a completely new design.

- You CANNOT sell any product without a credit.

- You CANNOT resell items in stock image sites.

- You CANNOT use this clipart to sell collage sheets or clipart.
