This non-exclusive, non-transferable license grants you (the purchaser) the right to use this digital asset to create Physical Products Only. By purchasing and downloading these digital files, you agree to the following terms. These rules apply to both small business owners and hobbyists.

You may use these images for any personal project (gifts, home decor, scrapbooking) with no limit on quantity.
Important: You may not "gift" or share the original digital files with others. You may only gift the physical items you create with them.

✨ Small Business Commercial License

Your purchase includes a Limited Commercial License for up to 1,000 units per image/set.

Credit Required: For all online sales (Etsy, Shopify, etc.), you must provide a clickable link back to my shop in the product description.

Mass Production: If you intend to sell more than 1,000 units of a single design, you must contact me to purchase a Mass Production License.

✨ Design Requirements for Selling (Important!)

No "As-Is" Use: You cannot simply place my image on a white background and sell it. You must incorporate the clipart into a new, original design that includes other elements (text, textures, or other graphics). You MAY NOT print and sell the raw graphic as a standalone art print, poster, etc.
Significant Change: Combining two pieces of my clipart together is not considered a new design. Your final product must look significantly different from the original standalone files.
Only for use in Physical Products: Selling digital products in form of clipart, templates, eCards, etc. is not allowed.

✨ Prohibited Uses (The "Don’ts")

No Reselling: You MAY NOT resell, sub-license, share, or redistribute the original digital files in any format.
No "Print on Demand" (POD): You MAY NOT upload these files to POD or third-party auto fulfillment platforms including Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Merch by Amazon, or similar services.
No Design Software Uploads: You MAY NOT upload any graphics to web-based design platforms like Canva, Corjl or Templett, where end-users can access or manipulate the graphics.
No Digital Products: You MAY NOT use these images to create "clipart for sale," digital paper, or any other digital design resource.
